The majority of the Company’s projects focus on Search & Recruitment, where the client’s needs are fulfilled by discovering and presenting candidates who have the qualifications and expertise required.
We are also able to manage the recruitment process on a full time basis. In this instance the client outsources its recruitment to DSA. An Account Manager is allocated to oversee the entire process, from creating the job specification with the Business Unit Manager, to managing the process through to final appointment. The DSA Account Manager spends an agreed period of time per month on site.
A third service available is response handling, where DSA manages the process of qualifying candidates who have replied to vacancy advertisements in newspapers, magazines, etc. The replies are scrutinised and a provisional short list is presented of those who best meet the requirements of the position. DSA then interviews these candidates and presents a final short list to the Business Unit Manager.

Industrial Scale Technicians – Cape Town & Johannesburg
Provide on-site repairs, installations, off-site remote troubleshooting, preventative maintenance of equipment, client services both on and offsite. Associates degree or equivalent Electrical Engineering
NRCS Verification Officer Certification. Minimum of 5 years working experience in the related industries
Customer focused and self-motivated. Capable of reading wiring diagrams, schematics and spare part break downs. Experience in repair and installation of PC based devices or processor controlled equipment.
Good analytical skills for troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Channel Sales Representative – Johannesburg
Motivated and determined individual to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients. Responsible for selling retail product portfolio and services through resellers and partners in the assigned territory. Represents the company in all activities associated with reseller and channel partner support. Good experience in retail food required (i.e. meat, fish, fruits & veg in areas of price labeling, check weighing, metal detection).
